“TJMaxx is one of my favorite stores to visit. In fact, I stop in multiple times a week just to find new treasures and deals. Half the staff are super friendly, helpful, and straight up lovely to work with; there are a few in particular who need to work on their customer service manners. One specific visit about a week ago, I was looking at items in the locked case by the bags. The cases were already spread out and not aligned. I was looking at a specific item and the price happened to be on the bottom. I moved one of the cases just slightly so I could squeeze in between it to look at the price upside down. Once I was done, I moved the case back to where I found it. I pushed the button to request service. About 5min later, an employee named Deb came over and immediately started complaining and almost yelling about how the cases were arranged. I told her I did move one of the cases to see an item better but attempted to move it back.I apologized and reiterated that this was how I walked up to the cases and tried to move them back where I found them. (Again, they were already not lined up and just kind of strung around the floor) she got quiet but huffed and rolled her eyes and said “what item are you wanting to see” in a very annoyed voice. I pointed to the item. She proceeded to open the case and once again began to complain about the lack of organization in the case, how everything was just piled up, why people let it get that way. It was to the point where she was almost yelling. It was very uncomfortable. ? I looked at my item after about 2 minutes of her complaining. I told her that I would like to purchase the item but I still wanted to check out something else someplace else in the store. She said in a very annoyed tone “it will be at the front” huffed again, and then started to aggressively take items out of the case and continue to complain. I GET things happen, shifts become long, etc. but the whole entire situation was uncomfortable because it felt like I was inconveniencing her by wanting to see an item. I’ve seen this employee act the same with other guests at other times as well. The other “complaint” would be the lines get INSANELY long, especially during the holidays and usually only 2-3 cashiers are in the front. The employees don’t deserve that. That’s a lot of work for that may people— it’s no wonder some of the employees are overwhelmed and annoyed. Overall the store is great, the deals are always there, and it’s a fairly clean and easy going shopping experience (minus the lines)”

“Fleet Farm Is an outstanding store. The people that work in the store are knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of goods sold is excellent.
I particularly appreciate the gun department, especially Brad. His knowledge is extensive, his customer service is great and spends all the time necessary, to make my shopping experience great.
Flee Farm is a great 1 stop shop. In addition to guns and ammo, I have purchased food, lawn supplies, hardware and gasoline.”
