“Excellent customer service on the phone before ordering — the lady who I spoke with knew exactly what I was talking about, and was able to verify in 30 seconds that hard-to-find screws were actually in stock, as advertised. Price for the item was a little high, but that’s supply and demand. More notably, shipping and handling was a little unreasonably high ($12 to ship a small envelope with probably $3 postage), but they’re actually directly upfront about that on the website. All told, $26 for $4 in small screws is somewhat insane, but it’s 2023. Buyers are aware and can make that decision for themselves. Items shipped *same day* and arrived safely packed. They were described as used but look brand new. The website is organized and easy to use. Nothing worth knocking a star off. Easy-to-use website, lightning fast shipping, hard to find items, and wonderful service on the phone from a competent, live person, who was really pleasant to deal with on top — to me, collectively worth the price to keep a brick and mortar place in business. I’m adding it to my list of trusted, preferred sources for the future, and will be back. Thank you.”
