Harbor Freight Tools is a great place to grab tools and other items for the garage, truck, or house. It is a clean store with a friendly and helpful staff that goes above and beyond to assist customers, though it can sometimes be a little understaffed leading to long lines. Customers find lots of good deals on an unmatched assortment of items, from hand tools and tool boxes to sand paper, ratchet straps, bungee cords, and tarps. It is dramatically cheaper than a regular hardware store. Many have used their tools for years and years without a single thing failing or breaking. Their Icon line of hand tools are very nice and come with a lifetime warranty, exchanged with no questions asked. The store provides a quick and hassle-free experience for returns.
I never shop at the store close to my house. Kannapolis NC is the worst harbor freight I've been to. I have shopped at many while traveling, they are all great. I don't know what's the problem with Kannapolis is. It's small, messy, dirty and was out of what I went for so many times I quit going.

Great experiences all the time but my last 2 recent trips were memorable. Allen, the store manager, let me exchange an item without a receipt for credit towards another purchase. I even bought them item over 30 days ago and he still was cool about it.
