“I never shop at the store close to my house. Kannapolis NC is the worst harbor freight I've been to. I have shopped at many while traveling, they are all great. I don't know what's the problem with Kannapolis is. It's small,messy, dirty and was out of what I went for so many times I quit going.”

We purchased a new washer and dryer today, and Jada was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and provided the best experience we've ever had purchasing any appliances. We had done our research online in advance and were prepared, but she was able to offer additional info/service even beyond what we expected. Also, there was a glitch on the receipt that she discovered and then patiently addressed. Truly great customer service, Jada!”
