“Brenda is a fount of knowledge and enjoys helping on the decision amongst her offerings.The smoothie I had was not gritty, which I expected from a powder base. I had Very Berry with a Lemon boost. Very tasty.I also had a protein bar which was slightly firm ( as about softening for those who like that). It was flavorful without THAT aftertaste. A bit spendy, but it IS a nutritional shop.I'm going to be checking it out again.”
