Had a vehicle breakdown on my way to a job site in montana. Needed a truck and all the uhauls and penske were out due to strugis. They were able to help mr get into a truck that i could load my tools and materials into and carry out the work!

I want to Thank Josh for always giving me top tier costumer service! Everytime I fly into Rapid and see him working I know my transaction is smooth and fast! Today I left my bag in my rental and I was already at the gate, I called down to the desk and he quickly grabbed my bag and brought it up to me! Thank you Josh!

Very quick and painless service. Car was clean and parking was close to exit door. Both the check-in and checkout process was great. I had prepaid which maybe helped the process, but I would be willing to use this company again the next time I'm in South Dakota.
