“One day before our trip to South Dakota from Florida, Hertz called and said we wouldn't be able to pick up our van until the next day. This was an issue because we were a group of twelve staying in Lead City which was almost an hour away. Frankie came to our rescue with a van rental the day we flew in which was on Christmas and at 10:30 PM. We couldn't thank him enough for helping us out and accommodating what we needed for our trip! He went above and beyond and we are extremely grateful! Awesome and friendly company that goes out of there for visitors!”
“Customer service at the desk both during pick up and drop off were very friendly and prompt. Was given a few options of SUVs to choose from at pick up and agent was helpful by informing me of incoming snow so suggested a Jeep. Jeep was clean and definitely did well in the snow and during my travels.”

“Got stranded in Deadwood...booked online reservation with another company, confirmed and charged my card. Got call in morning they had no cars and would not be able to look on line to try and help. Called budget and they were able to find me a vehicle one way to Chicago. They even waived one way fee and gave me a great deal. Staff at check in was so accommodation as I told them of my predicament. They could not have been nicer or more helpful and Branch manager personally authorized a healthy discount

“Since Rapid City is such a small airport, the rental car counters are just next to baggage claim. I reserved online but was a day late. I was not charged, staff were efficient, nice; I had a beautiful new car a short walk from the building. Return was very easy too. No shuttles to off site rentals, no far walking, no dud cars!”
