“One day before our trip to South Dakota from Florida, Hertz called and said we wouldn't be able to pick up our van until the next day. This was an issue because we were a group of twelve staying in Lead City which was almost an hour away. Frankie came to our rescue with a van rental the day we flew in which was on Christmas and at 10:30 PM. We couldn't thank him enough for helping us out and accommodating what we needed for our trip! He went above and beyond and we are extremely grateful! Awesome and friendly company that goes out of there for visitors!”

“Very good rental experience. Counter customer service was very helpful included to not upcharge for an AWD. Mid-sized SUV worked well, easy to drive, just needed new windshield wiper blades. Return was easy. This was much better than two weeks ago with another company who rented us a SUV that needed service and we had to bring it back after great effort to reach them.”
“Upon landing at the Rapid City airport, we went to the rental car area to receive the car we reserved online months earlier. There was a line about 5 parties deep, but it moved fairly quickly. We were greeted by Kathy with a smile. Kathy showed interest in our trip which made our experience with her feel personable. She was very informative about insurance, damage to the car, where it was located in the lot, how to return it and where to park. Couldn’t have been happier with Kathy’s hospitality. The price on the other hand was outrageous. Otherwise Kathy was great.”

“I had a good experience renting the car from budget car rental. The counter is just after the bag claim area. All other car rental counter are there. Not much waiting in line to get the car. Car was clean. Easy to get out from airport and to return the car.”
“Got stranded in Deadwood...booked online reservation with another company, confirmed and charged my card. Got call in morning they had no cars and would not be able to look on line to try and help. Called budget and they were able to find me a vehicle one way to Chicago. They even waived one way fee and gave me a great deal. Staff at check in was so accommodation as I told them of my predicament. They could not have been nicer or more helpful and Branch manager personally authorized a healthy discount
