“I walked into the Rushmore Crossing store and was immediately greeted by both Farris and Andrea, even though they were waiting on other customers. Andrea was able to provide immediate assistance. My wedding ring had lost a couple diamonds. Andrea did an amazing job explaining the entire repair process to me, all the while making small talk, complimenting my other pieces, and being very thorough in her exam. While Andrea processed my paperwork, Farrica came over, after her customers left,
and promptly started inspecting and cleaning my other 5 pieces of jewelry. Both ladies were professional, prompt and very delightful. Andrea also picked up on my cue that maybe I’d been wanting to sell a couple of my rings. She quickly offered information on the Kay Jewelers Diamond Buy Back program. I had planned on selling my rings elsewhere, but after receiving such great info on this program, I will definitely be taking advantage of it! We have been married for over 31 years and I have about a dozen cherished pieces from Kay, and because of my experience with Andrea and Farrica, along with their expertise, I’ll be remaining a Kay Jeweler customer. I’m ready to add my next piece to my collection. I just confess, the last time I was at this store, several years ago, the opening manager was an hour late (we live another state away so we waited in parking lot), and the service was subpar and unprofessional. I am so happy to see this wonderful turnaround at this store that I’ve been a customer at for over 31 years.”
