“Owner was really friendly. I thought all the prices were fair and had a great selection. Buffalo Trace is about $28 from the distillery and they had theirs priced at $30. Also, still had some red ass rhubarb that was at normal prices. No complaints and we had a great conversation. Thank you.”
“Large selection in all varieties of alcoholic beverages. Picked up a cool sake I've not tried not seen before. The woman working there, who seemed to be the owner, was helpful and friendly. There is even a wine barrel filled with beautiful potted plants next to the entrance. 🌸”
“I stopped by here to grab some drinks for the weekend and was pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked and clean the place was. The staff were super friendly and actually helped me pick out a local craft beer I had never tried before. It is honestly the best neighborhood spot to quickly find whatever you need without any hassle. Everything is organized perfectly, and I will definitely be coming back next time I am in the area.”
“As I walk in and get in line, I am greeted by a Lakota woman greeting me in my language. As I wait in line I hear her conversing with an elderly couple while waiting on them, in LAKOTA! It is not everyday a Lakota can walk into a business in Rapid City and be greeted in Lakota, no less have an actual conversation, it felt welcoming and comforting, even for a moment. I appreciate you Ms. Red Bear. I will recommend you for a raise or promotion. “I absolutely love this place. I started going here to get away from the Flying J across the street. It’s quiet, friendly staff, clean and they have the best food. If you’re looking for a place to stop, I highly recommend the Common Cents. This store in Rapid City is also tied to some others. The only other one I’ve personally been to is in Sheridan, WY, which is also amazing.”

“Great for a quick shopping trip because its close to home. We live the fact they give a military discount - every discount helps nowadays! They do have some good sales and have great hours (6 am to midnight).
During the day, they do have a pretty nice hot food counter if you want a hot lunch and their bakery has the biggest donuts you will ever see!”

“I want to personally thank Doris, who fills my medication is always kind. Unfortunately many pharmacies in rapid (Safeway) act a certain way when you refill mat medication. Doris and everyone else at ftc pharmacy are amazing and always go out of their way to make sure you get your medicine.”

“I really like Boyd's. When I first went there I kinda thought it was a little funky and not going to have what I wanted or needed to get, but I was wrong. I have shopped at Boyd's 3 times in the past 4 days and every time I'm there I'm pleasantly surprised by the establishment and/or their staff, in a different way.
The first time I was there my dad and I went to get snacks and they had a way bigger selection then I had expected. Then the past two times I've been there has been to go to the pharmacy and the staff has been so wonderful. On Monday I picked up a prescription and the pharmacy staff was so sweet. Then, today I went back to ask them some questions about potential side effects of my medication and the pharmacist and the techs were very kind and thorough.
If you have the chance to shop here and avoid supporting a black hole like Walmart, I'd highly recommend it.”
