Don’t do business here. They will mess up your billing, pull more out than authorized for. And it takes weeks to get it back to you.

Midco is very expensive. Our bill runs $249. a month for internet and basic cable.

Craig was awesome! Not only did he answer all my questions, but he gave me promotions and actually told me I didn't need as much service as I was paying for. He cut my bill in half! Amazing! Craig was very professional! Excellent community service!

Thank you Midco driver, I am the one who lost the bike bag on my way to the Rapid City post office. I asked a driver if he could call the police to help find it. He must have, the police had it and I git it back because of good Samaritans like you. Thak you, Thor

Generally I’ve great luck with customer service, but this last time it was terrible. I have equipment to return and was told oh ya they can help you until 5:30 on Saturday. Just tried to return something, but nope they closed at 1..

Midco has decent prices, but poor reliability. They claim to send letters and emails about outages, but they never have. They used to be way better. Now they are averaging 10-15 outages a month now, sometimes down for hours at a time.

I called Midco because my bill had gone up by $43.00, and wanted to know why. The Customer Care person Chad had explained to me that the promos had expired. He also told me where the expiration date was on the bill. I asked how do I get them back. He said he would need to get me to a different department. He was very nice!Now I get Wendy ( I hope I got her name right) she went over my bill. Unfortunately she couldn’t reinstate the promotions. But she did find a package that would change my current channels or internet!! And it’s $5.00 cheaper than I was paying!! She was extremely helpful and very nice!Midco is AWESOME! They have ALWAYS worked to strengthen out ANY issues I have! From Customer CARE ( because they DO) to the techs that install your equipment, they are polite and ACTUALLY provide EXCELLENT customer care! I have been a customer for 10 years and HIGLY Recommend MIDCO!

Thankyou Jordyn, who was working at the apartment on Philadelphia Street in RC. Elevator has been out for 5 months. He helped us carry up the groceries to the second floor. Both ladies are disabled.

Switching from the regular cable boxes to the small TiVo boxes was one of the worst decisions they’ve made. My TiVo box is constantly losing connection, buffering, or won’t connect at all. For as much as they charge it would be nice if they had products that worked.

I love the service it is the best in my area, in my opinion. My only compliant which is extremely aggravating is the Midco website. For an internet service provider they have a low quality website. The load time of the website is extremely slow and often times I get an error code when trying to load the site. Every time I get on the site I have continuous issues. Mind you this is not just being on Midco's network that the issues arise but any where trying to load the site. Whether it be on my mobile device using cellular data or a different internet provider. Why?

Mini cable units lose connection to the main box once per month which requires a tech to service our entire system.

I love Midco, won't go with any other provider! Tried the other service in town once just to see and it only took us 2 days to decide to switch back! Get in touch with Rick Cardarella, super nice guy!!
