While the service itself is called the best in the area by a long-term customer, a significant complaint is aimed at the company's website. Customers report the website has low quality, with extremely slow load times and frequent error codes when trying to access it, an issue that persists across different networks and mobile devices. I work from home. On Friday afternoon my internet quit working. I called and the representatives set up to have my modem replaced on Saturday. The person they sent replaced everything. He noticed after leaving my signal was not working so he came back and fixed it . He was very nice and answered all my questions.

The internet works but the company has many billing problems that border line on fraud. Midco hit us for late fees and we were on autopay. The staff has no idea how there billing system works. They also keep removing our discount for autopay.
