Today was my very first visit, and I was so impressed. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely took the time to listen to what I was looking for for my puppy.
I was shopping for food, treats, and a toy, and they didn’t just point me to a shelf and send me on my way. They gave thoughtful recommendations, explained different options, and helped me find things that actually fit my puppy’s needs. My pup is a big chewer and loves squeaky toys, so they helped me pick out a toy that was durable, sturdy, and made for intense play.
That kind of personalized help is hard to find, and it made such a difference. You can tell they truly care about pets and about helping customers make the best choices for them.

“I just adopted a dog from the humane society and I needed a bag of dog food for the night. I found Petco, we went in the see what he would like. I never seen so many different brands, etc of dog food, I cook for mine. I picked a bag, sat it on the floor, he showed no interest 🙄 I picked 1 w/salmon in it. The cashier was really nice, she enrolled me in the rewards program.”
