“My family and I were walking past the store's sale promotion table (in the mall) and decided to go in to have our teenage son try on a different brand of shoes. It was our very first time in this store. Jared, the store manager, was not only very friendly and helpful with the different shoe brands but very knowledgeable about arch support, pronation and orthotic use. He helped us purchase a great pair of shoes for our son! We will gladly visit this location and Jared in the future again!”

“Had an awesome experience at Boot Barn, and I’ve got to give a big shoutout to Dalton for making it happen. I came in needing an entire outfit for a special occasion, and he absolutely nailed it. His knowledge and expertise were top notch, and he’s got the kind of people skills that instantly make you feel comfortable and taken care of.
Dalton was super patient, genuinely honest, and really friendly the whole time. He listened to what I was going for, pulled great options, and helped me put together a full look that fit perfectly. And if you’re a hat person, this guy knows his way around a serious variety of hats. He helped me find the right one and made sure it worked with the outfit instead of just selling me something.

“My Mother and I had a wonderful experience. We were shopping for sandals for my Mom. She found a pair she really liked but one of the shoes was missing. We had the most wonderful young lady helping us,her name is Tina. Tina went above and beyond to try to find the shoe even checking boxes on upper shelves. We gave up and was looking at other shoes and here come Tina with the missing shoe!!! Someone had put it in the clearance area. “Omg, I went there to go pick out Crocs and there was this very nice lady there working. She said hello when we all walked in. I was looking for my size in white Crocs. I was trying to buy the same size Crocs I already have but then she said, “I would get a bigger size by one.” And I bought one pair that was bigger than my normal size. (My normal size is an 8 men's and I bought a nine.) Now they are lasting long and still fit me. If that lady sees this I appreciate your help, a lot.”

“Roam’n Around is a four season clothing and outfitter in downtown Rapid City. Huge inventory with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in a group of 6 hiking the nearby Centennial Trail. The owners, Jon and Bridget, were incredibly helpful providing shuttle services. We had a lot of bad weather which caused multiple short notice plan changes. They were super flexible and always able to adapt and fulfill our needs. Happy to say that we are now friends. Highly recommend!”
