“Love this goodwill. Staff are always chill, cool and helpful.usually some really cool and random finds. The shoppers there always seem especially friendly and chatty too. Dressing rooms arent a pain either. I do wish they had more electronics though, i find it a little odd that a thrift store in a city the size of rapid city has that few electronics”

All items are clean, in great condition, no junk, no stains, rips, missing buttons, etc. Other items are in good, usable condition, never disappointed with anything I've bought. Prices are generally reasonable for the good condition and quality of the items. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. They do a great job, and for a great cause too!”

“Always willing to negotiate, easy going, Always has something I didn't think of till i get there. Lots of clothes, and getting furniture soon. Rearranging store going on now. Arts and crafts. I used to consign, but they stopped a while back and explained it, I only had a few things so I told them to keep everything. I still go every Monday.”
“Store is laid out well...but shelves are just shoved full of stuff...no real organization...items sit too long on the shelves piling up...some nicer areas are cute and organized...trying to overprice older or vintage items not necessarily worth it. Needs some febreeze to get rid of stinky smell...some items should be trash instead of for sale. Store is dark...staff is hit and miss for polite or friendly.”

The prices are a little high on some things but I always enjoy shopping here because the staff are always so smiley and genuinely friendly, which we all know is what the world needs more of, and I appreciate it so much!
