It also functions as the primary worksite for TRAK (The Resources And Knowledge)—a youth development program that focuses on teaching bike maintenance and retail skills to equip young people with practical tools for future success. Thrive accepts donations of high-quality outdoor gear and apparel, including items for biking, hiking, running, hunting (excluding firearms and knives), camping, fishing, climbing, snow sports, water sports, and ball sports.
