“Was on my way home from work and my tire pressure light came on. Stopped and found I had a nail in my tire so I called Discount Tire to see if they could patch it. They scheduled me right away and I was able to drive over and they fixed it and got me out within an hour and half. They also did not charge me anything!! When I buy a new set of tires I will be going here for sure!!”

“Honest. Efficient. Friendly and very knowledgeable. These guys are the real deal. The shop manager is Darroll and he runs a trustworthy shop. He has good knowledge not only w tires but also with brakes, suspension, and exhaust systems. He has a great eye for trouble shooting and preventative maintenance (and he's not pushy about it). Most recently I brought my jeep to him because it was riding like an untamed beast. Even though my current tires still had lots of tread, he found trouble spots w them. He recommended a few options based on my needs. WOW what a difference...my jeep now rides like a dream. His shop had me in/out within an hour including a meticulous job w the tire balancing...they wanted perfect balancing before cutting me loose. I have my entire family trading w this shop. So nice to be connected w this trusted tire shop!”

“Our van surprised us with a massive coolant leak during our vacation to the Black Hills last week. The guys at Great Western Tire fit us in same day to diagnose the issue, when multiple other shops quoted us days, or even weeks just to take a look at our van! Matt and his team diagnosed the ruptured heater hose, replaced it with a metal one (to avoid a repeat leak) and got us on our way in less than two hours. They were fast, friendly (gave us recommendations for lunch and activities with our kids while we waited for the repairs), and reasonably priced. They went above and beyond to help us out and saved our van, and our vacation.”

“On a Saturday. Vehicle wouldn't start. After a night of attempting to sleep in front seat wonderful they supply coffee. From Montana and had to get back. Guys from West end shop went above and beyond. Wish I had gone to these guys before I bought new alternator andbattery at another shop. I'm sure tire guys as helpful as their mechanics. Not just a tire store. Pros fits.”
