I went to the passport office of the Rapid City USPS today. I thought I was beginning a bureaucratic journey lasting weeks or months. They were delightful! Quick. Efficient. Friendly. Oh so helpful. God bless the passport workers at USPS!

Continuously sending my packages to Colorado or Nebraska when they could've just sent it to my house instead. They make it to this place on time, but the people inside seem to be like any other federal worker. Absolutely worthless.
