Will definitely not be coming back to this store. Worse customer service. The second we walked in we were already greeted in a snotty tone. They’re constantly slammed with people, and looks like a lot of walking around and not helping customers. One of the ladies working with us, kept rolling her eyes as we are trying to find information on our phone as if she’s done and doesn’t have the patience. Getting mad at us as we couldn’t get into our verizon account right away. Super rude the whole time. She was with us for only 5 minutes before getting mad and saying she doesn’t have time to wait around and needed to move on. Would’ve been nice to know we needed to get in before getting help. Definitely do not recommend this location.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but this one needed to be done. I've visited this store many times. Most of the time it's slammed. And it doesn't matter what day or time. The reason they are always busy is because they only have a couple people helping customers. The other three or four employees do things like check-in customers, walk around looking at boxes and comparing them to sheets of paper they have in their hand or are on break or sitting in the back room. It's bad folks. Really bad. You can expect to spend a minimum of an hour waiting to be helped. My advice, do everything you can on the Verizon Web site of call their customer service number. And it just appears to be this location. I've lived in other areas and never had any issues. Take my advice. Avoid this store unless you absolutely have to talk to someone. And if you do, bring a book and pack a lunch. You'll be there waiting a long time.

Chase worked with my husband and I to get a new phone. He was so knowledgeable, informative, efficient and helpful. We were in and out, all phone content transferred within the hour. We will definitely be coming back expecting this same service if not from Chase again!

My mother went in there to get her Apple Watch I ordered her and the man was rude and didn’t offer any help to her at all, he said, “if you can read, you can figure it out”. I’m starting to get REALLY tired of Verizon customer service, especially when there are other cell providers out there.

We went in to ask some questions on our bill because we were confused about it. We were polite and friendly yet Zach made sure to show how annoyed and inconvenienced he was by us, and when we voiced how he was making us feel he merely responded with "Well I'm sorry you feel that way" with the manager standing right next to him and she did nothing!! Rather than apologizing for his incredibly unprofessional behavior and changing it, he just made us feel like we're our own problem and continued to be arrogant. And when I reported this in a survey sent by Verizon, I said I wanted to be called back but TWICE they called me and hung up at the first ring! I didn't even have a chance to answer as soon as I picked up my phone. They are calling and hanging up to avoid actual contact but save face at their job by saying they "attempted" for 10 seconds! This is pathetic and incredibly unprofessional behavior! So be aware, you're going to de disrespected without reason and it won't get fixed because they're going to go out of their way to avoid actually talking to you by hanging up at the first ring of the call.

After having a horrible encounter at a DIFFERENT Verizon store, I immediately drove several miles across town to the Eglin St store. I was greeted by TJ and Derek. I explained my issue, they solved it right away and made sure I knew what to do should it occur again. I would go back to this store again.

We've been with Verizon since 2007. We have found them to be the primo provider and we pay for that through their primo prices. However, we have tried their home internet for the first time and it's superb. Our previous ISP was glitchy and we had to call 4-6 times a year, which to me is way too many times. We're nearly a month out, and the price is 1/3 the cost and not glitches so far and no differences in speed. The set-up took just a few minutes and only one piece of equipment and it's all wireless (cell towers). We don't even have the 5G service in our area yet, so they told us that once that kicks in, the speeds will increase dramatically.

I purchased a new phone to update my husband's old one. I specifically went to a Verizon store so they could set it up/transfer data. They were happy to sell me a new phone and accessories, but didn't set up anything. I went back, they charged me $30, and finally set it up. It took over 3 hours, the staff stood around chatting. Pretty poor service. They were all quick to say I could get wifi at home for $25 a month. but what kind of customer service would I get. ?

My phone broke and it was insured. Have to file the claim myself and they won’t take payment after sending the phone. I also never had to pay the deductible before. Cheaper getting a new phone it seems and buying it from manufacturers directly.

I would like to know who the sales woman was that was working last Friday, October 7th. You sold my mother a phone, screen protector, and case, threw it all in a bag, and sent her on her way. You should be ashamed of yourself. While it's true you made sure she had the app downloaded that would be needed to swap data over, you did not help her transfer the phone, or even put the screen protector on. I hope you enjoy the commission you clearly did not earn on that transaction.Instead, my mom had to return to have another gentleman put the screen protector on..... FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $30.00!I am disgusted and dissapointed woth the level of customer service shown here.It's been noted that my family will not be returning to this store for ANYTHING....

After several poor experiences in the past we decided to give this location another try. We had Mike Shaw help us with some upgrades to our plan. He was very helpful and made sure we got the plans and equipment we were comfortable with. Did not try and sell us unnecessary products we did not need. If you ever need help with anything from Verizon I highly suggest you ask for Mike.

My family and I walked in to Verizon almost 2 hours before closing. We were rudely greeted by what appeared to be the manager stating that they did not have time for us. She was very pushy for us to schedule an appointment to speak with someone on a different day. I totally understand being short staffed but there are much better ways to handle this in a sales/customer service industry. I have tried to order online and the same employee accused me of being wrong when I explained that the website would not let me do in store pickup because the phones we were looking into were back ordered. Over all this was a terrible experience and not the only one I have had at this location.

Slow as living hell, manager sat there while i waited and "added people to the que" while his two other sales techs worked. Did not set up my phone for me, phone i bought from them doesnt work, and they said the case they sold me would fit and of course it doesnt. I would literally recommend going anywhere else even walmart to buy a phone. your more likely to find help.
