“I just got the best service ever from here! My son got really sick (not covid) and I'm into wholistic health and I needed some items for him fast. I was looking for some Medical Medium products but they didn't have them so Tasha helped me locate the products closest to them and helped me get them to my son the same day! I know this is something that is way above and beyond the norm but I am ever so grateful for her help and so grateful that this store exists in Spearfish!!! Thank you so much Tasha!!!!”
“Our family recently moved to Whitewood from Rapid City. We love our local BJ’s grocery store! The store is always clean, well organized, and the produce and meat selection is both value priced and very fresh. It’s easy to support local when the help is friendly! “Nice place plenty of parking…deli states open till 9 on sundays which isnt the case was there at 8:30 deli closed some of the isles had stock that needed to be put up and to back out if isles for others to come thru but has good sales and nice store”

“I am new to Spearfish SD .I live next to Walmart and so for convenience sake I typically shop there.However , as I attempted to get the items off my last sec Thanksgiving Day dinner shopping list I found that Wamart is closed today. I was about in a panic when I seen that Safeway not only provides a holiday schedule but grocery delivery (through doordash) as well.I placed my order at 730 this morning.And opted for updates via text.The last message I received said order is being delivered. 3 hours later it never came.I promptly called Safeway where a gentleman named Trevor in the deli answered and was so so very kind and understanding.He went out of his way to recollect my order and have an employee deliver to my home .Sadly ,the turkey i had ordered was out of stock which is obviously a big bummer.Instead of letting my family go without this gentleman sent some turkey from the deli.To Trevor andthe delivery person..THANK YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH! You have saved out holiday! I will make the drive to Safeway for all my shipping from now on...Walmart is convenient yes..but the can't compare to a place where I can experience not only wonderful customer service but also a personable one.Thank you again Trevor! Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!”
