Five Star Storage provides a smooth, stress-free, and simple storage experience in Sioux Falls. The facility is spotless, secure, and easy to access, with a paved area sloped to keep units dry. It features customized entry per unit and appears very clean and well-maintained in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the rental and check-out processes quick, efficient, and a breeze. Management is very helpful. While most details are right, some numbered plaques in the RV area are broken or missing, which can make initial spot location a little difficult, but this issue is expected to be taken care of quickly. Customers feel they hit the jackpot and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Called over half dozen places, only 2 answered phone. Five Star staff was Excellent...not alot of wasted time, got me hooked up without alot of hassle. Well kept and secure property, plenty of room to maneuver my vehicle.

Customer service was excellent -- very accessible and answering my questions well. The sign-up process was easy and efficient. Access to the facility is simple, and the unit itself was clean and well-lit, inside and out. I look forward to a continuing good experience with Five Star Storage.
