When the schedule change meant they needed to keep our belongings overnight, they clearly explained the small, very reasonable additional fee rather than surprising us with it later.

“I was stuck with a boat trailer along the road my wife flag them and asked them to help. Instead of guiding me back, they decided to unhook the trailer and return it to my father in laws garage by hand.This is a total distance of apps. 50 ft. When I offer a reward I was told in no uncertain terms they did not do it for money but saw that wee needed help. To clarify I am a 69 yr old veteran in a wheelchair, My father in law is a 93 yr retired doctor ( Richard Hosen) and my wife. I would like to personally thank Josh and his crew.”

“I always go here, instead of the Blue Beacon up the road at the Love's. I love Blue Beacon, but this place here is a real time saver. You can be at that Blue Beacon for almost 2 hours before getting your trailer washed out. This place. 15-20 minutes and you're done. That's with there already being another e r truck in the washout bay. Friendly staff. Quick and easy. Highly recommended.”
“We have rented a unit for the last year. There have been no issues. We forgot about the 30 day notice when ending lease and were allowed to stop with only about a 10 day notice. The rental process was very easy to set up. If we need another unit we will likely check Store Sioux Falls.”

Owners are amazing, great people to work with. Tons of options for sizes and entire facility is always well kept, even in winter months! Snow is always removed quickly as to not interfere with access to units.
