Avera Specialty Pharmacy is a nationally accredited provider of specialty medications and complete retail pharmacy services for Avera employees and the public. The business is URAC and ACHC accredited, promoting healthcare quality. Customers report great customer service, with helpful and courteous staff. However, the building could be better marked, as the location can be difficult to find in the deserted neighborhood, despite ample parking.
There are quite a few locations I've gone to and the address is correct but maps says I'm at the wrong location.

Every time I have had to have contact with the pharmacy the customer service is great! They are all very helpful and have positive attitudes.

Front desk very courteous. Technician was very helpful. She was even willing to pack a cooler with ice packs to be ready for a long trip by airplane. Building could be better marked with appropriate signage because neighborhood is deserted. Lots of parking.
