Customer service training and new management desperately needed. Highly disappointed and will never be renting from Avis again.

Booked an mid size. Showed up and the claim a Chevy Spark (clown car) is in that class. Then they claim they don't have any other cars. So, have to return later this evening to see if anything larger is returned.
