“I was in town for a work trip and rented a car through National. I can say that I had an exceptionally great experience both picking up the car and dropping it off. Jaiden was there for both interactions and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I received three choices for my vehicle and I was honest that I wasn’t familiar with any of them. That’s when she surprised me by asking questions about what I like in a car. After giving her some feedback, she was confident in her recommendation and she was 100% right. I can’t say I’ve ever received that level of customer care from a rental company. The vehicle itself felt brand new and was clean to the point that I would have believed I was the first person that rented it. Jaiden also made returning the car easy and had the same great energy and attitude from earlier in the week. This was a refreshing experience and I appreciated every part of the rental process. In SD I had the pleasure of using Budget & Avis for my car rental both Amuda and Beowulf (the manager) were knowledgeable, helpful and humorous. Making sure they left a lasting experience.

“No issues. There was a line when I picked up my car. The associate greeted each customer with the same energy. If there was a cosmetic problem with the car, he listed it. The associate instructed the individual to return if they noticed anything else not mentioned.I was given a Buick that I felt comfortable driving in the snow and ice. No issues occurred with the drop-off of the car. Everything was quick and simple.”
