The Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel is a large, clean, and family-friendly property that offers a variety of amenities. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, some equipped with a fridge and microwave, though many note that the cleanliness of the rooms, including carpets and bathroom areas, could be improved. The front desk staff is friendly and provides a quick check-in process, while the outdoor heated pool and water slide are highly enjoyed, especially by families with kids. The pool area is well-maintained, with attentive staff responding to mosquito issues promptly. The hotel features an in-house restaurant with good food and reasonable prices, and a bar that guests enjoyed on their first visit. Parking is ample and suitable for RVs and trailers, and the property is dog-friendly, making it convenient for travelers with pets. Some guests mention that the hotel shows its age, with issues like mold in corners and leaks in rooms needing attention. Breakfast is considered okay but not outstanding. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its friendly staff, pool facilities, and convenient location, making it a popular choice for vacations and stops on road trips.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. Room was clean and quiet, and our 8yo had a blast at the pool.

Convenient location. Room was good. Staff was great. The only drawback for us was that it is so big you almost needed a map to find breakfast. They would benefit from better signage. Overall, we were pleased.
