“Great hotel. Staff was incredibly accommodating. I had a meeting push the morning of my departure and asked for an additional 15 minutes and was given an extra hour. Super friendly group there and hotel was incredibly comfortable. 11/10 recommend.”

“Great one night stay. We arrived just as the hotel started serving the evening Text Mex reception. It was loaded with a full taco station, loaded nachos station, and beer and wine. I had a very refreshing Michelob Ultra served by a very friendly staff person. All of it was complimentary!
They also post a monthly schedule of food offerings which I've never seen before.
Breakfast was just as amazing as my pictures show.
The place is not the newest but well kept. The only thing we found was some burned out bulbs in the bathroom. Everything else was great and all was clean. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful.
We would definitely stay there again.”

“This is my 2nd time here this month. I have been able to park my bus here both times no problem. Front desk person has always been helpful and in good spirits. Even had a couple hiccups, which was ok front desk got on the problem right away and fixed it. To me it showed they had very good service and got things done. I will be staying here again and for sure when I travel with my family as well.”

“This vintage Holiday Inn has been renovated and updated so the rooms are really nice. We had an end room with an actual small balcony you could walk out on. Walking distance to the Arch and the sculpture walk is right next to the hotel.
Short walk to the Icon if you are there for a show.
Walkability: Close to the river and good restaurants and the Sculpture Walk
Food and drinks: The bar is pretty nice. The breakfast buffet is fairly simple with an omelette bar and waffles as well as a salad/fruit bar and typical breakfast basics.”

“This is a great hotel in a bit of a strange location road wise but It is very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff works very hard and are very attentive to guest needs. The parking lot is easy to maneuver. There is a grocery store and several dining opeions nearby.”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable as expected. The carpet looked like new in my room. No squeaking of the bed when I moved in the bed here, haha. The front desk person when I checked in made me and another gentleman wait 10 minutes while she smoked her weed (I passed her in the car when I walked in and smelt it on her when she came in). Then she started to check in both of us at the same time and I know that when I swiped my card, the other person signed on my card. I will be checking my statement to make sure that I didn’t pay for his room also.
No breakfast is served here but the rooms are set up with a full kitchen and there’s a food pantry to buy food to cook yourself. The location is in great proximity to Sioux Falls and Falls Park, only 4 miles away. I feel rested and ready to start my day for the first time in my week long trip. The person at the front desk when I checked out had the sign up that she was away so I left the key card on the desk only to have her come around the corner and have her wish me safe travels. Overall it was a nice stay.”

“It is an average hotel, a little dated as there was an extreme shortage of outlets for charging. Closet was almost impossible to access as it was too close yo the bed so no place to hang jackets etc. But was clean and well maintained which is important.”
“Awesome Best Western we have ever stayed at. The place was so clean and smells good. Oh yes the continental breakfast is Amazing and I mean they have Omelet and scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles.They where serving more for breakfast then country club and its half the price to stay a night. and the staff was so friendly and very helpful with all our needs considering we had an elderly on a wheelchair along with us on the trip. From the time we called and the time we arrived at this BWestern the customer service from Nora the front desk to meeting the GM was even surprised how well they made our stay feel like we was at home. Customer service is 10☆s ? On behalf of My family and I, Thank you GM Zack and Nora for such an excellent customer service.”

“Very professional and friendly staff. This is an older hotel but well maintained and smells good. Room was very clean. The price was worth the stay! Bed and pillows were very comfortable and cozy. Continental breakfast, I chose to make my own Belgian Waffle and got some coffee to go. I recommend this hotel in the area. This hotel is 7 mins from airport.”

“I thoroughly enjoy staying at this hotel. It’s conveniently located next to a gas station that offers Quiznos, making it a great spot for a quick bite. The rooms are also very comfortable. However, I would suggest updating the televisions in the rooms. This small improvement would significantly enhance the overall experience.”

“Good clean rooms, exactly as shown on website. Check-in was fast and clerk was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was the usual with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy etc... thought it was weird that in our room, the smoke detector was covered in tape and the battery cover on remote was held in place with a bandaid.
Overall a nice little place at affordable rates and good location.”

“The entire hotel and room were very clean and all the staff were very friendly. The indoor waterpark is one of the better ones in Sioux Falls as far as I know and our kids had a lot of fun playing there. Room prices seemed very reasonable. And the food at Boston's Pizza, which you can enter directly from the hotel, was very good. The pillows were a little small for my preference and the bathroom lighting could have been better, but those are pretty minor things compared to everything else that I thought was excellent.”

“Staff (Ashley) was extremely helpful, room was clean, bed was comfy, prie was acceptable...breakfast was good but not what I was told it would be.
Location is so-so due to current road construction.
All in all, would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends & family.
