“I find it difficult to sleep in a bed. I have a zero gravity recliner at home that I use, and I was thrilled to find the ability to ask for a room with a recliner! That was awesome for me. The room was clean and there is a kitchenette in the room. Nice shower, clean bathroom. Exactly what you need without paying for extra frills.”

“The room was extremely clean and lots of updates occuring. There are so many amenities at this hotel including pool, restaurant, bar, snack area, parking garage. We had a microwave and refrigerator in our king bed room. The toliet to tub area is quite snug, but again very clean. We only paid a $50 pet fee. There was a grassy area with dog bags and trash. The breakfast was great. Saturday is 7 am buffet and Sunday is 8 am brunch, just fyi. The staff is fabulous! I would have given the hotel a 5/5, but on our 2nd night a dance party was occurring above (our 9th floor room) on the 10th floor party rooms until well passed 11pm. We will still be back.”

“Stayed here for the LEGO event. The location was great due to it being at the convention center and it's connected to the hotel. Rooms were nice. Service was good.
Only issue we had was the pool made people sick. We reported it and they closed down the area. We had two kids with us that threw up and another 6 or so kids that were there at the same time also go sick.
Other than that, everything else was good.”

“When I travel lately it’s been nothing but medical reasons! I often look for comfort, quality, warm welcomes, quantity, availability right then and there which I dislike booking online with a passion for various reasons, friendly faces, We always choose to stay here it trumps all other spots we tried we always come back to this hotel for all the reasons stated you won’t get that anywhere else in Sioux Falls! They are reasonable, understanding, compassionate people, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything they have an awesome breakfast, free parking, a home environment, excellent rooms & spacious, a washer and dryer, a swimming pool which I haven’t tried yet! Exercise and business area which I haven’t used yet!! And get this! A working elevator for those of us whom are handicapped and are there for medical reasons!! I absolutely love 💗 this hotel and highly highly recommend it to anyone looking last minute for a room that is efficient, cost effective, reasonably priced and soooo need to sleep right away 😴. So go to them should you need a room ohhh I forgot to say…for a place that’s tucked away from everyone there is no one around soliciting or anything!! I know you will love it!! I go back Everytime we need a room!

“Easy checkin. Desk clerk (Tina) was very helpful. Note on ice machine said to not fill coolers from ice machine and that complimentary bags of ice were available at the desk. I was thrilled to get a 5# bag of ice at check out for my cooler!
The hotel is very dated, but clean and well maintained. It’s a little complicated to figure out the layout at first, but after I took a walk around the property, it’s was easy enough to find the pools, etc. in for NOT receive a room upgrade for my platinum status, but the room was large and the walk in shower was wonderful.”

“I was traveling through Sioux Falls and made a pit stop here. I've been through several BWs so I want to tried out BW Empire Towers. I had a little trouble find the hotel entrance but got to the hotel through Super 8 motel. Checked in wasn't bad. Please be aware that there is a hold of $75 damage fee and when you check out and no damages to your room they will release the $75 fees back (see pic). I'm sure the staff has to answer about the fees all the time. Most people want to book a hotel quick and don't see or read the fine details. This is the 1st hotel I've been to that does this. I was ok as I wasn't plan to damage anything. I was given a complimentary of a bag of chip and a bottle of water. My room has kitchenette and on the 3rd floor. 1st, thing I've notice was the door didn't close all the way automatically and had to push. I found out later on that the door close was broken. It only has one screw hold the unit to the door. I, immidiately, go and notified the front desk. The lady asked me the room and told me that they are aware of it. My concern was that I might be blamed for it. The room's condition over all was good. I checked everything out first just like every other hotels I went to. My room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. Over all I'm satisfied. Now, I've some constructive feedback to share with the managers. Please see the last 5 photos. Thank you”

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day on the road. The staff was friendly, and the overall property exceeded our expectations for a brand we hadn't stayed with before.
If you're passing through Sioux Falls, this is a great option. We had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this brand again in the future.”

“Older motel that is being updated. Clean, but definitely in transition. There is a key card reader at the rear entrance, but no actual lock on door. Website says it's an indoor water park, but really, just an indoor pool with a twisty, tube slide. The bed was comfortable, but the fake leather chair absolutely needed to be replaced.”

“It was a great stay for one night. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The courtyard is beautiful, and if you stay for a few days, you can really enjoy sitting outside and taking in the lovely view. Breakfast was awesome and gave us some much-needed energy to continue our long drive home. We really enjoyed our stay!”
