Dakota Alignment is a highly regarded shop specializing in alignment and suspension for heavy-duty trucks, motor homes, and commercial vehicles. Customers consistently praise it as one of the finest alignment shops in the country. The technicians are described as knowledgeable, good, honest, and fair. They listen to problems, take vehicles for test drives, and explain issues clearly, showing old and new parts. The shop can fix persistent problems others cannot, including complex alignments for twin steer trucks and bending axles straight. Work is done correctly and efficiently, often described as quick. They are straightforward about service time and will advise if other issues, like worn tires, are affecting performance. Customers report excellent results, with vehicles driving as intended without wandering, and recommend the shop for any alignment or steering need.
