“Outstanding service. I called Jay Egge Automatic Service about my transmission slipping and asked how much it would cost to have it checked. They told me it would be free and only take about 15–20 minutes to rule things out.
When I arrived, the mechanic came out, we test drove my car, and they quickly confirmed that my transmission is going out. Even though it wasn’t great news, they were honest, quick, and very professional.
The best part is they didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis. Another shop I considered was going to charge almost $300 just to look at it.
Because of how fair and friendly they were, any future transmission work I need will absolutely be done here. Highly recommend these guys.”

“Comunication was very much lacking in the beging towards the end communications was alot better. My key folds into my fob, upon pickup noticed it had been forced closed as the pin holding my key came out a little and gouged the key case evntually resuling in the pin allowing the key to fall of fob. Could be more careful with keys that fold. Eli was a great help and super nice,he exsplained everything and tried his best to give me time frames of services!”

“I stopped in with a nail in my tire because they were the closest shop, and I’m glad I did. They got my truck in almost immediately and had the tire repaired in about 10 minutes. I honestly expected to be there at least long enough to finish the complimentary can of Mountain Dew they offered.
The team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. When they handed me my keys, they simply said, “Don’t worry about it.” I insisted on paying, but they wouldn’t accept it, so I left some cash for the team to put toward lunch as a small thank-you.
It’s rare to come across that kind of service these days. I truly appreciated how they treated me, and they’ve earned my business. I’ll be bringing my family’s vehicles here from now on.”

“It is always a great experience working with Frankman Motors when it comes to sales, scheduled vehicle maintenance and customer service! Most recently my car started making a loud noise. I made an appointment but with a weekend trip planned, I asked Kyle if he could just take a quick look at it to make sure it was safe to drive. He said sure stop by anytime. I walked in at 8 am, he took it for a quick drive, diagnosed the problem and offered to fix it that same day! I was given a loaner car and within a few hours my car was ready and I only had to pay a deductible as I had a warranty purchased through Frankman when I bought my used car there. You made my day and weekend Kyle, thank you!”

“A great place to bring your vehicle to. They don’t talk over your head, they bring it down so you can understand what they are doing to your vehicle. With that said the one issue I have and I take half of the blame is they need to tell you what the estimate of the cost will be to fix your vehicle. There NEVER should be any surprises with the cost when you are coming to pick up your vehicle. The prior owners of Team Automotive did a great job with the very important part. Again I never asked and should have. I also should have had the option of a rebuilt starter vs. a new one. They guys were great in working with me and for that reason I will be back. Guys please incorporate the estimate before working on someone’s vehicle.”

I bring all of my families vehicles here. Joe has been nothing but thorough, and knowledgable on my vehicle issues.
Another shop damaged my wife’s vehicle, and then later billed me thousands of dollars to fix. I accidentally drove by The break center, and decided to give them a ring. They stayed after hours fixing my wife’s vehicle, and never had any problems ever again.
My truck had a bunch of light codes, catalytic converter codes, trailer breaks, and needed new brakes. Any other shop would have just billed me a couple thousand (they did) to get the cat fixed, he worked on my truck all weekend because he knew there was something underlying causing it. It was loose wiring. Billed me honestly, didn’t hurt my wallet, and fixed every code I had in my truck. I’m super grateful for Joe and his team.”

“In February of 2026 12th Street Auto Care Center replaced my valve cover gasket on my 2010 Ford Flex. Dustin and all the technicians were amazing. They keep an open line of communication so you know exactly what is going on and do not do any work without your approval.
I ended up having to bring the vehicle down a couple more times after the initial repair. The first gasket ended up being defective and an aftermarket part was slightly smaller than the OEM part. Each time I contacted them with concerns they got my vehicle into the shop right away and made any necessary repairs without any complaints or charging me any extra.”
