Dollar General has received mixed reviews from customers. The store's aisles are very narrow, making it difficult for wheelchair users to navigate, and shoppers often encounter empty carts blocking their way. Shelves are described as messy, and the checkout area can feel awkward due to its location near the store office. While some staff members, like the stocker, are praised for being helpful and kind, others have been criticized for their inattentiveness, causing long wait times. Customers acknowledge that the staff face challenges with being short-staffed and dealing with many shoppers daily. Despite the difficulties, some customers recognize the effort staff put into serving each customer and the positive aspects of the store.
Most people working here are good folks. I enjoy them.

The store aisles are so small a Wheelchair barely fits in the width of the aisle. There were carts used for stocking sitting empty blocking shoppers. The shelves were messy. The checkout sits by store office or smaller store room also shopping products in same spot making it an awkward area for the customer and staff.
