It was a very informative class and gave us the confidence to dive right into our first two loaves. We followed the recipe and tips from Lizzy's class, and we had what we feel was great success. We would highly recommend this class and this location in Sioux Falls. Once the class was complete, we were able to purchase the proper supplies to bake great bread. 5 Stars for sure!”
