They don't deserve one star, they are that bad. They don't return your calls regarding information. I wish the Assisted Living in Lennox would get a different pharmacy. This company is unqualified to be a long term care pharmacy.

They don't seem to care if the elderly go without insulin. Very disappointed in this place. The facility ordered insulin for an elderly resident pharmacy said they would deliver it but never did so the resident went to bed with 500 plus blood sugar which is ridiculous
