“They are always excellent to work with, they offer three options for paying.Pre-payment for an entire year (this occurs in July so you can lock in lower SPOT pricing rates),Budget (you pay monthly a set amount and then June is a catch up month. This also allows locking in a set price/gal),and they will also deliver on demand and charge market rate.If you set up with them you will usually rent your tank from them for a nominal fee (Likely the reason for the credit check the other review complained about, that and they would have a hard time taking back the propane in the winter according to SD laws).They also ensure that your tank stays topped up (without you calling them) so you will not be without propane (heat),”
“I walked in right before the manager (I think he was the manager) was closing and desperately needed an unplanned trailer. The amazingly helpful man was so kind, helpful and accommodating. I had a carrier on my hitch because of an electric mobility scooter that I use to walk long distances. He helped me remove that, hooked up the trailer for me and made sure everything was good to go. I cannot explain how thankful I was for his kindness, amazing attitude and helpfulness. You should be so lucky to have any more employees like him. I feel horrible because in my slight franticness I failed to get his name, but he should honestly get kudos and a big thank you from Corporate as he gives your entire company a great name!!”
