“The shoes may seem expensive, but they only sell top quality brands. Trust them! They know their stuff! Fantastic service, very knowledgeable, relatable, and just genuinely nice employees.
Tell them what type of shoe you want, if for a specific issue, purpose, etc... they will have choices for you quickly! And, if not the choices you want....they'll find more. I will ALWAYS go here for our shoe needs.”
“Just picked up my repaired Cole Haan shoes and the folks at Park Ridge Shoe repair did an amazing job. They were able to remove a gouge from the toe and make them look brand new! Love this store. I was going to add a photo but the lights made the new shine too shiny!”

“As someone very new to running, I am glad I stopped in here to get my first pair of running shoes. I had stopped a few other places before here to try on shoes and almost ended up with a pair that would have been awful for me, and could have easily discouraged me from running. These guys helped fit me, while educating me on what to look for and why. Great, easy experience, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, prices were great, good rewards program, I'll definitely be going back for my next pair in the future. If you're a beginner looking to get into running I would highly recommend stopping here first!”

“Trish at the Buckle in the Empire Mall yesterday crushed it with customer service. I came in with my 8 and 10 year old daughters. We have been struggling so much to find my 10 year old jeans because she’s in between kids and adult sizes. Trish knew just what to pull for her and was able to find her an outfit she loves and feels great in! And I haven’t been in Buckle for some time. Had NO idea they had kids clothes. She was able to hook my 8 year old up with an outfit, as well. Both girls left feeling happy and confident and can’t wait to wear their new fits to school! Thank you Trish! You were so helpful, so nice and not pushy at all. Appreciate you!”
“I highly recommend this shoe store for quality shoes and especially for painful feet issues. I brought my 91 yo mother here to seek relief from painful planters wart/callous build up that was not being successfully managed by several podiatrists she had seen. Erik and Sam assessed her issues and worked to create a customized off the shelf orthotic to take the pressure off of her sore spots. They were patient and treated her with great respect. The best reward - hearing my mom say, “My feet don’t hurt anymore!”.”

“I bought a pair of Jordan 1 mocha lows and I really love them! I was very uneasy about buying them since I never spent that kind of money in my life. The worker cut me a deal and gave me to them for quite some money off and on top of that I went back the next day cause I wanted to return them since it was a big purchase the cashier reassured me about how nice the shoes are and how he wants to work with me and make sure I’m satisfied with my purchase. Never once made me feel pressured to buy anything. The worker also bought me shoe crease preventers so I can keep these shoes in nice shape. I don’t have lots of money and I’m sure I can’t make a big purchase like this again anytime soon but when I am able to I would love to go into this store again and buy another pair of shoes. Not just because the shoes are nice but simply because the respect that was reciprocated to me. Genuinely felt like gods work today and the environment is great super friendly and they don’t judge you at all! I know when I wear these shoes I’m going to feel good and be reminded of this time. Best customer service interaction I’ve ever had and I know this man that sold me them wasn’t putting up a front or acting for his job he’s definitely a good guy outside of his job too.”
“Made a special trip to buy school shoes from DSW because I am a teacher. Just to find out the teacher discount that DSW did last August did not return. I guess I was lucky to get the discount last year. DSW's corporate office canceled the teacher discount halfway through August last year due to the discount being over used. That is why I gave DSW 4 stars instead of 5. I took away a star because 5 stars get over used.”

“This place was nice and offered a variety of shoes to choose from for adults, but not school age kids. I came here to buy "back to school" shoes for my kids who are seven and five years and they really didn't have much of a selection for every day athletic shoes. I did buy some Sketchers, yes, but I was hoping to see more from brands like Nike, Adidas, Reebok, New Balance or Asics.”

“Walked in Finish Line. Spent 10 minutes in an empty store with the 3 associates talking amongst themselves and on their cell phone. Got fed up, let them know that they lost a customer and the , "OK sir", instead of an apology...So walked across to foot locker and within a minute, associate Logan walked up and offered to help.Earned my business simple because an associate greeted me... its the little things and if I'm going to spend money, it's going to be at a place that shows me respect ?”
