For some reason, my Eide care membership was never properly linked to my car or phone number. I bought my car in February. Last week B took the time to get it all fixed. She updated my information and I haven’t had a problem since. I really appreciate her taking the time to fix everything correctly.

I felt badly as I had mud sprayed all over my car from a dumptruck on the interstate. When I went back around after the first wash and asked the girl at the counter to spray the front again, she was more than accommodating, so thank you to your team for being kind and helpful.
