“I went to just use their vacuums. I thought I would pay a few bucks. I pulled up and asked the attendant if I could use the vacuums without getting a car wash. The gentleman was very nice and said to go ahead and no problem. There was no charge. Wonderful customer service. I will be sure to use there car wash next time I need one.”
“I had the seats in my BMW X5 coated as I got a super light interior. I was very impressed when I picked the car up. They went above and beyond. They put an extra coating of protection on, did my doors and center console (which i forgot to ask for). They even cleaned my interior and floor mats! I highly recommend taking your car here. “Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I was in need of a detail for my car. I went shopping around the area for the best quote, service and experience that a detailing shop could give. Ryan at Superior was by far the most reasonable on his pricing, had some great work that he’s done that he was able to show me and was very friendly and willing to walk through step by step what he would do to get the job done. We are trying this car service for the first time and it really cleans your car well. I was very impressed and the air guns blow out well. “My initial impression involved how attached the atmosphere felt, and upon entering from the parking lot, you notice the scent of chicken and fresh food. As a military veteran, I appreciate the military discount and law-enforcement discounts extended to local law-enforcement personnel and first responders. The octane gas outperforms less expensive fuel, especially for a six-cylinder vehicle like mine that benefits from additional power, though gas prices remain fair. Numerous cameras monitor the parking lot, and the location where I am stays remarkably calm. Please continue your efforts—management, cooks, and trash collectors alike deserve recognition for maintaining this standard.”
“This location has made a lot of good improvements. They took their time getting the bugs off the front of my vehicle and offered to wash my floor mats, which is something I didn’t know they just did would highly recommend.”

“i was having a very hectic day, running late for work, forgot my phone at a previous store, & of course had my car run out of gas at the stoplight. i ran across the street to this get n go & asked if i could borrow the phone so i could let my boss know what was going on. not only did roger kindly look up my company’s phone number & hand me the phone, he also ran across the street with a gas can & helped put some gas in my car for me so that i could get it off the road & make it to work on time! he absolutely saved the day for me & became my literal miracle. a very professional employee who went above & beyond that is a phenomenal human being at heart. thank you again roger, & for also letting me know my tire needed air!”

“It is convenient to pull into the car wash lot, and the lot offers enough space to wait if a line is forming in front of each wash bay. Each bay offers a power foam scrub brush, and the pressure washer sprayers are fairly powerful. Definitely recommend going a little bit out of your way to wash the vehicle here”
“I went through the silver Star on 26th by Marion road and Jackson was amazing. he took the time and he cleaned my mats and then he personally brought them back to me after I got out of the car wash. although people will get this as something that should be common sense of customer service, it's not and I truly appreciated him. taking the time to come bring me my mats, clean them and dry them. this is exactly why love, silver star!!!!”
“For some reason, my Eide care membership was never properly linked to my car or phone number. I bought my car in February. Last week B took the time to get it all fixed. She updated my information and I haven’t had a problem since. I really appreciate her taking the time to fix everything correctly.”
“I really enjoy the convenience of having a subscription. Right on my way home, super convenient.
The only real complaints I have and my apologies to the management, I haven't had time to bring it up to you personally yet, are that the the side & tire wash is not long enough or powerful enough to really get the sides cleaned properly and that is if it's working that day. That and the end lane cameras don't seem to work, at least for me, I always have to use the middle one.
But those gripes aside, I still really enjoy the carwash and overall it does a great job.”

“Silverstar Car Wash on E 10th is a convenient and affordable car was option. The external wash does a nice job and the prices are on the lower side of the car washes in the area. The best part, to me, is that they offer free vacuum and free towels to do a cleaning of the interior. That is a real plus to me. No more dropping quarters in and only getting a limited time like at other places. Free vacuums keeps me coming back to Silverstar Car Wash.”

“They have change machine there for self wash or you can have automated wash. Good wand pressure for wash.Not sure if it the Arizona water or the residue on my vehicle but I find you still need to wipe your vehicle down to clean it completely.They have good vacuums and the price for a extra large j towel and Armour All wipe is only a $1 each.”
“Its ok because you can detail by yourself what is needed and other places don’t provide, I don’t like you have to use quarters for vacuums, there is a change machine there but you don’t know when is going to be broken.”

“My car was recently in an accident so I can't use a regular car wash in between fixing it - so I appreciated that this one was close to my house & has a do it yourself bay.
$4 to start it was a bit steep & some technical issues with the switch telling the machine to switch which cost me extra money in the long run. Still content though & my car is looking great”
