called about issues with my spa and talked to kelli, she had someone come out right away to get it fixed. i have read the negative reviews and found that they are willing to help. yes it may have taken a few days for them to get to me but i understand that a company like them are very busy.

We have always received great and timely service. Splash City also provides Hot Tub training the second Saturday of the month. I attended and found it very informative.
