called about issues with my spa and talked to kelli, she had someone come out right away to get it fixed. i have read the negative reviews and found that they are willing to help. yes it may have taken a few days for them to get to me but i understand that a company like them are very busy.

I’m so happy with my purchases with Splash City. They always ask me about my budget and come up with solutions to fit it. I love my hot tub and their service is top notch (I’ve had it for 27ish years)!!! My patio furniture is top notch and their delivery guys are awesome!
