“Short story long, about a year ago I found myself looking everywhere for a very specific frame/fork that had just been discontinued. I found a few on reseller sites but we all know how that game ends; so when I found one in my size and preferred color at Spoke-N-Sport, I was stoked. I don’t remember exactly what they call it, but it was like one of these “gently used” type deals where it’s out of the box. This made me a little hesitant, especially since I live pretty far from SD, so I wasn’t able to swing by and check it out. But it only took a short conversation with someone at the shop before I understood this meant nothing significant and that there was no chance it was damaged in any significant way. I ordered it with a little more confidence, and when I received it, I was completely stoked to find that it was in new condition, and the care with which SnS had packed it for shipping made it apparent that they treated it as if it were one of their own. I built it up and have been riding it for a year now with total joy. AND, as if all that weren’t enough, they have an account system that’s similar to cash back or whatever, so I had this little 18 bucks in store credit sitting around til just this week, and I burned it up on a couple inner tubes just to wipe it out (yes, I mail ordered two inner tubes, hahahaha, I know, I know). Honestly if I’m ever in SD, or if I know anyone going to SD, I will 100% recommend that they go by the shop and find something to buy, in order to keep local businesses strong, to keep bike and snow culture strong, and to contribute to a solid crew of people who really helped me out. “Very nice and friendly staff. Dylan and I talked for 20 minutes about life and cards. Amazing experience. If you are looking at sell a ton of cards to them they do make appointments for that instead of just randomly coming in and selling. Was looking to sell cards since I was just up there for a family emergency and they explained the entire process to me”

“As someone very new to running, I am glad I stopped in here to get my first pair of running shoes. I had stopped a few other places before here to try on shoes and almost ended up with a pair that would have been awful for me, and could have easily discouraged me from running. These guys helped fit me, while educating me on what to look for and why. Great, easy experience, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, prices were great, good rewards program, I'll definitely be going back for my next pair in the future. If you're a beginner looking to get into running I would highly recommend stopping here first!”

“This place was nice and offered a variety of shoes to choose from for adults, but not school age kids. I came here to buy "back to school" shoes for my kids who are seven and five years and they really didn't have much of a selection for every day athletic shoes. I did buy some Sketchers, yes, but I was hoping to see more from brands like Nike, Adidas, Reebok, New Balance or Asics.”

“After a long day of school shopping we finally stumbled across this finish line which was perfect for our last stop because all we needed were shoes ! Upon entering the store I could tell it was well managed because it was spotless and had the latest trends on display ! They staff were unbelievably kind and greeted us as soon as we came in which was nice ! After shopping around the store for a lil bit my two daughters selected a shoe to try on and one of the store members who’s name was Maurice I think quickly came to see what we needed and went and gathered the shoes for them to try own !my kids can be a lil indecisive when it comes to everything but no matter how many times they asked for different shoes he handled them with care! When my girls finally found the shoes we wanted we were quickly rang up and thanked for coming in ! It was one of the best experiences with shoe shopping I had .they didn’t make us feel rushed or even show frustration when my kids just could make up there minds ! I highly recommend this store if you like great customer service ..although it’s way in the back of the mall it was worth the walk! Listened to my input on wants and goals for my irons and always guided me back onto that as I tried different setups. I really enjoyed the experience and ended up buying a new set of irons so fitting was only $35. Nick was friendly, helpful and knew his stuff. He understood my limitations as a more senior golfer and helped me find a good fit for my game.”
