Some find the selection huge, while others feel it is smaller or hit or miss, wishing for more bigger sizes like XXL plus. The store's organization varies; one location is not the most organized, while another looks amazing with everything displayed nicely, making it easier to find things. Checkout can be very frustrating with long lines and not enough registers open, despite hard-working staff. Customers can find great deals on items like beauty products, even if some selections, like large purses, are smaller than before.
Love shopping at TJ Maxx! Great deals, lots of nice finds, and always something new every time I visit. Staff are friendly and the store is easy to shop. One of my go-to places!

The person checking me out was a bit surely. Otherwise I would have given a 5 because I love TJ Maxx for their variety and process.

The selection was good, and prices were good, but the restrooms were HORRIBLE. One stall had no lock, the others were tiny, and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a hot minute. When checking out, the staff were not friendly, and seemed annoyed to be there. It was a so-so experience overall.
