“My family love this place for our Lego needs. I dont correlate this franchise with the overall corporation. Selection is always good, constantly new things to checkout and on top of all new releases. My biggest gripe comes from the inconsistencies with employees. There is absolutely no continuity between them. One day I have no rewards, the next day I have several to redeem. One employee will ask if I have a rewards account, the next I have to ask to look up my rewards. It can be quite annoying and frustrating, hopefully this is easily remedied with a little training/refresher.”

“A really nice Comic Book Shop. Didn't have a chance to dig a long time but found a few things I liked. Customer service was super. A great selection for any type of Comic Book Fan. Keep up the good work.”

“By far the most unique diving experience I've ever had. Clint and the owner were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and the diving was fantastic, 100% recommend.”
“Best toy store in town! The staff always make me feel so welcome when I visit, and it is always so fun to check out their new collections—especially the JellyCats! Also, the children’s book collection in the basement is quite the hidden gem! :)”
“A great place to find some interesting things. From books, to music, audios and toys, games and other stuff that you didn't know you may have needed. Also has a little coffee shop in the back with some seating and treats to chill out with.”
“I went to this store for a Magic: The Gathering tournament. I’m not from the area. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive to their guests. The environment is very welcoming.
The owner, Thomas, is an especially phenomenal human being. Will 100% be back to Sioux Falls specifically for this store!”
“Kim gave a great experience. First time at this location not feeling like I’m talking to a snake oil salesman or like I’m talking to a mlm hun. Ended up spending more, but worth it. I’d take my kids here more often if I could always get experiences like this, Kim was great and informative without coming across shady”
“My family, with my boyfriend’s suggestion, stopped by this hobby town to look at RC cars for our son. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have a lot of parts and tools for RC cars amongst some legos, wooden building crafts, figurines that you can paint, many different paints, and some toys. There was another customer there working on a personal project and he was also very helpful. Overall we really had a wonderful first experience with the Sioux Falls Hobbytown and we will definitely be coming back :)”

“Wide selection of candy, chocolates, chips and drinks. Along with many trinkets and doodads. Set a limit for your kids when you pull up and let em go wild! Maybe a couple things for Mom and Dad as well.”

“Amazing store. Local owners. Everything is healthy and organic. Clothes, all natural hygiene, toys, holistic health. If they're out of something, they'll call you as soon as it comes in. Top notch. 5 starts isn't enough.”
