Came into this location with 11 packages, all ready to go, taped, labeled, etc. Literally have sent over 1,000 similar envelopes before, was told I had to repackage and put a piece of cardboard in them, not sure if the person working that day was on a power trip or what. Went to the next location and everything shipped successfully. I’d be weary of sending anything here.

The one star is because zero isn’t an option. The man that worked at 4:45 pm 8/13 is a jerk and clearly gets off on the fact that usps makes shipping as difficult as they can. Bring your own box and tape, they don’t help you with that anymore. And if it’s a prepaid ground return label they won’t let you pay to upgrade to priority. With all of the federal budget cuts you’d think a piece of tape wouldn’t make a dent in their already overflowing pockets. Such a joke. Welcome to trumps America, where even prepaid shipping gets nickel and dimed. What an embarrassment.

I would suggest going to a different location if you are getting a passport, especially if you have any questions. I came to this location when there was only one person available to help with passports, and it was not a good experience, to say the least.
Before coming here, I was told to go to the Brandon location, as the employees there are kind and very helpful. After this experience, I would recommend the same.

Awesome experience, if you know what you need, you can get in and out in like 10-20 minutes. Friendly people working and very patient. 10/10 would mail again

First look that they are rated a 2.9 as well as look at the comments left. An old stage coach could put this branch out of service they are so incredibly slow. I have lived in 3 different states and MANY different town and this specific USPS is the absolute worst && slowest post office IN THESE 50 STATES. When you call to complain the post master doesn't do anything about it. The employees at this specific branch are also phobic against many different people. For sure 1 guy is. Don't trust them with your mail and don't trust them to get you yours. Again...out of THREE states they are absolutely the worst.

There was only one agent doing passports with an appointment. Two other agents were there but didn't help, and it wasn't busy for mail. The people in front of me were not prepared, didn't have their app complete, which caused a big delay. The agent apologized and said she should've told them to make another appointment. I agree.

One of the worst USPS locations imaginable, parcel locker keys constantly in the wrong mailboxes. Completely helpless when asked to remedy the situation. Workers have earbuds in at the front desk, but can't get a package in the right mailbox.... Frustrating interactions every step of the way

Over the years I have been patient with this location, after the experience I am having, I am the problem knowing the issues they are and continuing to give them my time and money.
My package was mailed to a PO Box I haven’t owned in years. Despite making an address change twice in a 18- months time, same box to forward to a specific address.
I finally contacted the 800 number since going in seems to be a wait time of over 20 minutes (if I’m so lucky) at a time has been the norm for this location.
When I do get to the person, they are either unknowledgeable and point a finger or simply are rude and we are a bother to them for simply asking for help.
My concerns still have not been resolved, my request was not handled properly and all I get is finger pointing back and forth instead of someone pulling my request and ACTUALLY LISTENING to understand.
Again, I’m the problem for continuing to go back to this location.

This message is for Cathy Clark at Louise Ave PO. Yesterday I had to change my mail delivery address. I was assisted by a MOST AMAZING employee:Becky. She was helpful, energized, funny, and taught me things about how to go forward. She was one of the best experiences I have enjoyed at that PO. I know she is working for a manager who supports her and brings out the best in her performance. So thank u for the leadership that helps Becky, and then me, love the exchange. A Happy Customer, JoEllen Koerner

Great staff. I didn't wait long in line because they knew what they were doing and got people in and out.

Only old people work here, they are always stressed and in a bad mood. They do their job poorly. I brought a package and it was missing some tape. They gave me a dirty look and I was upset about it. They should change jobs or go to a nursing home.

Awful rude customer service. I had a package to return. Went to the one on Technopolis and even though it os a USPS it won’t send packages. Drove to this one on Louise. Had it taped shut but not to their liking. Was told to tape it again. I had no tape so she told me to buy a strip from their wall. I literally need a 3 inch piece but she wouldn’t tape it for me so I had to buy their tape!! Then she told me to step away from the counter to attach the tape because another customer was waiting but there were two other workers just standing there. I refused to move so one of the workers helped the other customer! No customer service!! This is why people are crazy. No basic customer service. It’s like we are the enemy. No excuse for her rudeness.

I had never shipped a package before with USPS, and I ended up making a mistake with the box. The clerk was very helpful and helped me through it and we got it fixed and on its way!

I have been to this location numerous times to mail packages and it’s always a great experience. My last sales associate was Craig and he was very friendly and always helpful.
