The Verizon store and employees were very nice and tried to be so super helpful. The Verizon company online screwed my order up resulting in online agents repeatedly putting in order got flagged possiable fraud for the online agents mistakes the two store employees tried everything to get it lifted and Verizon online credit team won’t lift it for 6 months! For their mistake! So as result I couldn’t get phone and service with Verizon I went to TMobile who’s a good cell provider. But the people at this Verizon store amazing

That native girl with the black hairs needs to go, she is never helpful and is very rude and pushy. Doesn’t wanna listen to what you need.I told her that she wasn’t being helpful and pushing the 15 on me. Instead of saying sorry she yelled at me from across the building as I was leaving saying “no I’m not”

You like getting scammed? Use Verizon. Was told I'd get a free case with an iPad, didn't get it come back and the employee lied saying he never said that. Terrible

There was a bit of a wait but I'm thinking we came in at a busier time. Staff then helped us pick out what we needed and get everything transferred over to our new items. It did take some time but it sure is faster than the last time we went in. We are not frequent to update our devices but my son dropped his phone in water and my husband's phone had seen better days so it was time. We discussed the most practical options for our needs and were happy with the advice and help we were offered.

Don't go there with an Apple product, the staff is completely clueless and their only concern it to make you upgrade. They would not fix the phone that was bought in and purposely mislead us. Should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

A very disappointing experience. I get checked in wondering why the guy who checked me in or the Manager sitting at a table playing on his I-Pad can't help me but, ok. After 15 minutes walking around the store and standing 5 feet away from the Managers desk for another 5 minutes, six Verizon employees all standing around the Manager, not one asking me if I've been helped, feeling invisible at this point. I decide to try a different store. I noticed three of the employee's watching me drive away. Verizon stores are the worst. Went to a private store, "Wireless World" where I was in and out in 15 minutes.
