“I got an email about a download, for my 2023 Envision, that had to be accomplished at a dealer. I called White's Queen City and they got me in the same day. We decided to wait for the download, which took about an hour, didn't have to pay anything and got a car wash along with it. Can't beat business like that. White's has always done good work on our cars and usually without to much delay. I recommend White's Queen City.”

“These guys are great. I needed a new alternator I called Alan and he said come on in we’ll get it replaced right away. New alternator came and Jason fixed it up in under an hour and the labor was priced very fairly. Highly recommend these guys I’ll definitely be back.”
“Had Spray in bed liner and box cover installed. Work done looked great. Staff was very nice and friendly. However, I took it in on a Friday @ 10am and the work still took til Monday afternoon to complete after we were told it should be ready Monday morning when it was dropped off. The person who picked up the vehicle for me since i had to work wasn't shown how to work the box cover release and so we had a small struggle session finding the release cable. Still very satisfied with the work that was done itself. Installation/application looks smooth.”

“If you need winter tires, go to Great Western Tire Spearfish! They got me fixed up this morning when I came in with a blown tire wall and summer tires that horrified my brother-in-law, Ray Pearce (don't worry, we are picking out summer tires today as well).
I just got back from a trip to Bozeman, and I am lucky that I didn't blow out a tire on I-90. Check your tires before your Thanksgiving travels!
Glen also said they offer free pickup and delivery in the Black Hills, including Belle Fourche & Sturgis.

“While visiting the National Forest area, my truck broke down and needed to be towed to a shop on a Friday evening. Since I was only in the area for a few days, I was very concerned about getting my truck fixed in a timely manner and was a little worried about maybe being taken advantage of knowing my predicament. However, when I called Saturday morning to follow up, Terry the owner was already taking care of identifying the problem, ordering parts and giving me an estimated time for pickup. I told him of my dilemma of how I was going to get there to get my truck since I was in Lead and they were in Spearfish and I had my dog with me who couldn't be left alone at my rental cabin. They were kind enough to deliver the truck to me, conducting a test drive on the way! A fair price for the fix, fast service, excellent communication and above & beyond customer care and kindness!! A big thank you to Terry & employees, you saved my rare vacation getaway! So much appreciation for y'all!”
