The TV service was horrible: channels did not match the guide, and how can you NOT have Fox News, the #1 news channel. Breakfast did not meet out expectations of what we usually get at a Hampton Inn, had to go to the Original Spearfish Breakfast restaurant. Room was clean, a plus. Not coming back ever to this hotel.

The evening manager and lady at the front desk were next to worthless and nonexistent! We had to go back into their office to find them to check in. I personally witnessed this with several other guests through out the evening. Completely unacceptable for a Hampton

Very accommodating to my girlfriend running marathon and giving us late checkout and coffee early. Fresh cookies when you walked in the door. Manager was even working himself and went above and beyond for a clean and refreshing stay.
