“10/10 top notch support. So, originally I ordered 2 motorcycle helmets from them. I ordered the wrong size and couldn't get a hold of Black Hills Moto, so ended up starting a refund process with Amazon. I should have waited. The next day at opening, Black Hills Moto contacted me from the voicemail I left. Very professional and polite.
Another amazon snafu later I called Black Hills Moto to verify the helmet listed was actually on hand. The person I spoke to, again, was super courteous and professional, went to the shelf and verified they had it, sent me pictures for my peace of mind and helped me initiate the invoice to buy directly from them.
10/10 the customer service is top notch. I will definitely be willing to purchase from them again if the need arises.”
