We have been banking there since they opened in Tea and appreciate the high level of customer service with every visit. Love the small town feel and customer touch. My girls always want to go on Fridays for the free popcorn. ? Appreciate how they have free drinks and candy treats. Banking at Explorers still makes you feel like a valued customer, a real person. “came in today 10/23 around 330-4pm to make a loan payment and noticed Suraiya was the only teller working! From handling walk in customers to also the drive thru (mind you there is more than 1 drive thru) Im not sure what had happen to the other workers and/or if the person sitting in one of the office could assist customers when it gets busy but she handled it like a boss.Suraiya, this review is for you from a customer of Service First for 3 years.. you did amazing and I hope you get recognized for your hard work today. You were working non stop and held your composure even if there were many of us waiting. You acknowledge every single car that came through the drive thru as well as the walk in customers. As well as helping me making my loan payment - you were quick and efficient! You definitely had a great flow. Im hoping that your name is Suraiya, given that you were jumping from the drive thru teller desk and the walk in desks, i couldnt tell and i would feel as if id ask your name while alot was going on, itd throw you off. But it is the worker whom was working 10/23 around 330-4pm, well deserving of either a pay raise or a bonus! She was awesome!”

They will go above and beyond to make buying and for the life of the loan easier to manage and stay on top of. Wanting to purchase something over the weekend last minute, they ensure you’re able to. Honestly I started with Sioux Falls FCU and grew with them as Levo. They are in a good biased way, the best financial advisor(s) I have yet done Business with. Hands down, the best financial institution around.”

I do appreciate your efforts to fix my situation with visa/the fraud department.For anyone that cares, "Vape Pen sale on cliff". Charged a bunch of people 75.56$. Then refused to return the money, but they had charged my old expired debt card that was in the system, did not give consent for the sale. which let my account negative -75.56$ then was hit with two overdraft fees. Which left me -115.00$ in my account. Jennifer was able to work with me and get the ball rolling, she put my faith back in Bluestone, and because of her. I will continue banking with Bluestone.”
