“I stopped at this Sinclair service station going to Souix Falls for a work convention and my new to me car had a huge leak that only a specific dealer could fix. Not only were they so very kind, (the nice lady inside and the owner himself) they squeezed us in at a busy moment and helped with checking out what was going on with my car, what parts I would possibly need and what they would cost so i didnt get pushed around in the big city. Filled my car up with oil and advised me to buy more for the rest of the trip to Souix Falls and gave me the best advice possible. I truly felt cared for. Customer service just doesn't get better than this folks! I was in such a hurry to get to my work convention on time that I didn't have a chance to tip them, so this is next best thing I could do. Thank you to all of you up there at this Sinclair service station. I will never forget your kindness. Especially in times like this, it is so good to know that people still are kind and will help a fellow human being in a time of need. People like YOU make a difference in this world!”

“This is a very nice truck stop/travel center, but unfortunately they have extremely loud rock music playing from the canopy, which makes it very unpleasant to get fuel there. I prefer to get fuel in peace, without it sounding like I am in a bar or at a rock concert. Please, turn down the music and stop this noise pollution.”
“Blew a tire on highway. Changed it at a truck stop. Called and asked if they had 10 ply tires. Walmart did not and they did. They got us right in. Held a very friendly conversation with my husband about their shop. (started by the grandpa in 1928. Family owned and run still today. Fair price and quick service. Couldn't ask for anything better. Very pleased”

“I was so impressed by the wrap I got here for lunch. I opted to add most of the vegetables to my club wrap and they seemed fresher than any I've ever had in any chain sandwich shops. I was surprised, I'd heard good things about Casey's food in the city I live in but never tried it there, so this was the first time I'd had Casey's made to order food. The people working were friendly and pleasant, too. This Casey's has been my saving grace while stuck in town with car trouble. They have had everything I've needed/wanted so far.”

“I don't remember when I was here but I DO remember being here. It's ok. Clean. Quick. Nothing to get upset about. Unless you're in front of me in line and cannot be rushed when choosing which scratch offs to get. I honestly envy those people that are happy enough to numbly hand over CASH for a piece of paper to scratch that may or WILL NOT give you back your money.”
