“I can't imagine a nicer lodging choice in Vermillion, SD. The owners invested a tremendous amount of work, love and money into renovating our 100 yr old fraternity house into a beautiful, warm and charming bed and breakfast with all the modern amenities-and great breakfasts.Each fall for the past three years our BETA alums, some of whom lived in this house, have gathered here for a reunion. Owners Carson, Courtney and staff have been excellent hosts.Rooms: The roomy bathrooms and bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with great walk-in showers.Walkability: Location is one block from downtown Vermillion and just three blocks from the USD Campus.Food & drinks: There are complimentary snack and beverage stations on each of the upper two floors as well as the living room. Each day the plated breakfasts are different and very good.”

“It’s always difficult to find a safe place to stay when you’re traveling. Somewhere that’s affordable, clean has amenities and hot running water but I was lucky enough to find this little gem. As a Canadian, it was so refreshing to meet a staff that was so willing to help, be hospitable And cook a delicious breakfast, seriously they actually used spices other then salt! The bedding was clean and so were the bathrooms, I wasn’t concerned that my car would be broken into and I genuinely felt safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”
