“The hotel clerk was so nice.
The only problem we saw was that they don't clean under the beds very often, it was terrible & the only reason we look is because we have pugs & they will eat anything.
Everything else was very nice.”

“Great stay. Kid at the desk was fast at his job and answered all questions. Pool was wonderful and heated. Hot tub was great. The room was clean and spot less. Plus close to local food areas and amazing. Would recommend to anyone in heart beat. If you stay enjoy a night of peaceful sleep.”
“I can't imagine a nicer lodging choice in Vermillion, SD. The owners invested a tremendous amount of work, love and money into renovating our 100 yr old fraternity house into a beautiful, warm and charming bed and breakfast with all the modern amenities-and great breakfasts.Each fall for the past three years our BETA alums, some of whom lived in this house, have gathered here for a reunion. Owners Carson, Courtney and staff have been excellent hosts.Rooms: The roomy bathrooms and bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with great walk-in showers.Walkability: Location is one block from downtown Vermillion and just three blocks from the USD Campus.Food & drinks: There are complimentary snack and beverage stations on each of the upper two floors as well as the living room. Each day the plated breakfasts are different and very good.”
