“I went into the v Verizon store yesterday and was asking about a hotspot. They informed me that they were rolling our home Internet in the Vermillion area. They called me this morning and let me know that it was available For me to get this morning. I Just had foot surgery and when I went to pick everything up, it was ready for me to go. They basically just walked it to the door for me so wonderful crew over there. They have helped me out tremendously. I haven’t been with them very long and they’ve been great. I hope that I have many years with the Verizon in Vermillion, South Dakota. Just went got new screen saver and case. The associated cleaning my phone, put a new screensaver on got my case out and explained everything and I paid for an away. I went quick and painless. They’re great.”

“Customer service was outstanding today over the phone. I had left the store without a bag of items. I didn't think I had the receipt so they went up and beyond trying to find my transaction which I paid by cash so they couldn't track a card number. They put much effort into trying to help me so I could claim items. Turned out I found the receipt and customer service said i could claim items that fidnt come home with me. Shayann did such a wonderful job working hard to help me and with 100% professionalism. To be honest at most stores I ask for help and I get a look and I cannot help you and that is in person. So I wanted to thank the vermillion store for their hard work and dedications to their customers. Great job.”
