“I've been shopping here for YEARS never had a bad experience, I always find something I didn't know I needed. It was a great place to go to buy things for my first apartment lots of cooking utensils, nice dishes, silverware, fabric, books, clothes, wall decor the list goes on... they also have deals a lot if you check out the Facebook page. The Civ really is a great place for our community! It makes me sad seeing all the bad reviews for dropping off donations. The employees are just doing their job, even though your donations are appreciated as they help get things to people who need them they shouldn't have to deal with bullies. I personally have never had an issue with drop offs, sometimes in bad weather or in the busy seasons you might have to wait but its because they have a lot of drop offs or they had to put their coat and gloves on because it's cold! Just go at the listed times of drop off if you'd rather not wait take your donations somewhere with a drop box like Sioux Falls or Sioux City. Whatever you do just be kind!”
