Had a lift installed on my Frontier I couldn't get time to do my self. In the process they promptly notified me the tie rods were bad and couldn't complete the alignment necessary after the lift was installed. Sucks, but it's part of the deal, unknowns happen and they handled it very well.”

“I was in town for a week and needed my car's 150K checkup. Ken's was able to book me that week and take care of everything (except replacing my seat heater rocker switch, but he was able to diagnose that enough that I could book it at my next destination). They did a great job and even pumped my tires to the level I requested. Minus a star bc the actual $ was off by 27% from the booking estimate. I didn't expect it to be that far off.”
